This is a project i've been wanting to do for a while, using Unreal for Archviz and trying to achieve that photorealistic look. It's far from perfect but i'm satisfied for a first try. I used 3ds max for all the modeling and exporting, Quixel Suite for 90% of the texturing (really fast and efficient tool) and a tiny bit of substance designer.
I've been battling to get the poly numbers down but very impressed on how Unreal can handle big scenes. I can manage to run this at constant 60FPS at 1080p with Temporal AA active with a GTX 780.
For demo purposes I cranked up the settings and used supersampling so frames dip under the 60 sometimes !.
